our stay at aloft was wonderful! we loved the suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed, which provided plenty of space for our family. the outdoor area and gaming facilities kept the kids entertained, and the free laundry service was a lifesaver during the storm. whitney at the front desk was so helpful, making us feel right at home.

The suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed exceeded expectations in size and comfort, featuring two TVs and ample outlets. Whitney at the front desk provided exceptional service during a difficult time, ensuring we had the right accommodations for our family. It was just a great fit for a mini-break over the weekend in Florence with good value for money. The shower had lukewarm water, but the experience was okay overall. For a nice breakfast, check out local cafes instead of relying on the hotel options.

Families Seeking Comfort

I gotta say, the room was better than we expected. It had a gaming area for the kids and an indoor pool where they could let loose. The staff, especially Whitney at the front desk, was super helpful in getting us a suite where we could all fit comfortably. It's not every day you find a hotel that cares enough to help families like that!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know what, I'd say it was still acceptable.

I really appreciated the spacious suite we stayed in, accommodating my whole family comfortably. The laundry services were a lifesaver during our unexpected stay, and Whitney at the front desk was truly a gem, ensuring we had everything we needed.
